There are two ways to link your checking or savings account.
Link from the My Account website (loads take 3-5 business days):
You can link your checking account by logging into your account
, then clicking on Load Funds in the Main Menu. From there, click on Load From Checking or Savings. Once there, you can fill in your information, and click on Submit. If you bank with one of the major banks that we are integrated with, we can verify your account immediately. Otherwise, we will make two micro-deposits in your checking account within two business days. Once you see those micro-deposits, go back to the same page and enter the amount of the deposits. This will link your checking or savings account to your eVantage Card. Then you can setup onetime or recurring transfers from the same section of the My Account website.
Link from your other banks website (loads take 2-3 business days):
Some banks will let you load funds from their website. To do this, first get the Routing and DDA# from our My Account website (click on Load Funds then Direct Deposit). Next, you want to link your eVantage Card account as an “External Account”.
Some banks charge a fee for this service. Please check with your bank to see if they will charge you a fee.
Warning: Do not try to load your eVantage Card using a Bill Pay service as we do not accept loads this way. Also, we do not accept Loads by Checks, Money Orders, or Cashier’s Checks.
